Matt is well experienced in the financial services industry, spending time on both sides of the industry as an advisor as well as a recruiter. Starting off as an advisor Matt spent time with New York Life as well as Guardian with his main focus being on asset protection. Taking his understanding and knowledge on how advisors “think” and view their practices Matt joined Cetera and had a very successful tenure there where he earned recognition for turning in a record 8 advisor appointments in a single week.

With a leadership/ attention to detail approach Matt feels that “some advisors would rather move from their homes rather than move their practices, so the details are important”.

Prior to joining the financial services industry Matt spent 14 years as professional baseball player along with playing in Europe for two of those seasons. Matt was also a general manager of a minor league organization.

Matt lives on the Jersey shore in Keyport NJ. When Matt is not working he spends time with his wife Jasmine and step-son Julain and still helps with youth baseball in his hometown of Kearny, NJ.
