Hannah Buschbom CFP®, CPWA®, CDFA®, CFF® is a Wealth Advisor at The AmeriFlex Group. She has over a decade of experience working in the financial services industry. Her specialty is working with people, especially women, during a significant life transition, such as retirement, sale of a business or real estate, change in marital status, or loss of a loved one.
She enjoys engaging clients cooperatively, to develop creative solutions to their often-complex scenarios together. This method, she says, leads to their preferred outcome– “My ultimate goal is to enable clients to be better educated, and in turn to make confident and informed decisions.”
In her search for connections to educate and serve her clients better, Hannah noticed a lack of a centralized way for women to establish and strengthen powerful relationships with other women business leaders in their communities. By Co-Founding The W Source, she helps female professionals tackle this challenge by providing a way for them to connect, engage, and grow their professional networks.
Hannah holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification – the gold standard for financial planning in the financial services industry. Also, Hannah noticed early on in her career that those grappling with the complexities of divorce settlements could benefit from the help of a specialized, trusted advisor. Wanting to fill this void, she pursued and obtained her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst Designation®. Finally, wanting to provide the highest standard of care for clients, she holds the Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF®) designation.
As a featured speaker, Hannah frequently shares her expertise with other female professionals. She has contributed to Barron’s Magazine, Financial Advisor magazine, Investment News, Financial Planning Magazine, and Wealth Management.com.

As a member of the AmeriFlex® Financial Planning team, Jesse Kurrasch works directly with clients to help them answer some of their most challenging financial questions. In order to better address the needs of his clients, Jesse pursued and earned his CFP® CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional designation, as well as the RICP® Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation, providing him with extensive background knowledge on the subject of retirement planning. While he is passionate about finance and investing, Jesse remarked that it is the clients, not the numbers that bring him the greatest satisfaction. As he sees it, “We are in the business of helping people. It’s the work we do with our clients each day that keeps me coming back for more.”
Jesse received his Bachelor’s degree in the History of Public Policy from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he cultivated a curiosity and enthusiasm for finance. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and has his California Life & Health Insurance License.

Natalie double majored at UC Santa Barbara in Communication and Art History. She was driven to the communication major because of the many situations she experienced in which she believed the outcome could have been improved with clear and genuine communication. Improving communication in the workplace and with clients is the primary motivation for her active application of the skills she learned, as well as her continuing research in the field. Natalie also studied art history because of her lifelong passion for the arts. She is knowledgeable on a variety of artistic practices with a focus on contemporary and fiber art. Natalie won an excellence in writing award for her work on the generational quilting traditions of African Americans communities.

A CDFA® professional is a financial professional skilled at analyzing data and providing expertise on the financial issues of divorce. The role of the CDFA® professional is to assist the client and his or her attorney to understand how the decisions he or she makes today will impact the client’s financial future. A CDFA® can take on many roles in the divorce process:

If the client has a complex set of assets or income sources, we can assist the client(s) and their attorney to navigate the best potential financial outcome post-divorce. Often with some creative planning that minimizes taxes and additional legal costs, high-net-worth clients can achieve a more considerable amount of their must-haves after the divorce, by showing a couple of scenarios that go beyond splitting everything down the middle.

Accredited Investors interested in selling their investment property, deferring capital gains via a 1031 exchange. They are unfamiliar with the DST (Delaware Statutory Trust) as an option for their replacement property and will need assistance understanding the new ownership vehicle as well as time sensitive process on both ends of their real estate transaction. The team will work with the client’s CPA or tax advisor, real estate advisor and the Qualified intermediary to effectively execute the transaction within the IRS parameters regardless of the location of the client.

They are no longer interested in the day to day management of the property or compensation a property management firm on behalf of the property.
