Diana Heu is responsible for the overall management of a group of high net worth clientele, which includes financial/retirement planning, asset management and durable income strategies. She is also the OSJ Delegate, primarily responsible for compliance and supervisory tasks within the branch and satellite offices and serves as the Acting Chief Information Officer for AmeriFlex®.

Ms. Heu received dual Associate Degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Santa Barbara City College and a BA in Business Management from The University of Phoenix. She went on to obtain an MBA in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. Prior to her tenure with AmeriFlex®, Ms. Heu acquired over fifteen years of experience working in the medical manufacturing and engineering fields, where she gained expertise in quality and configuration management, auditing and process improvements. Ms. Heu currently holds FINRA Series 24, 7 and 66 securities licenses including a California Life and Health Insurance license and is also a California Notary Public.

Natalie double majored at UC Santa Barbara in Communication and Art History. She was driven to the communication major because of the many situations she experienced in which she believed the outcome could have been improved with clear and genuine communication. Improving communication in the workplace and with clients is the primary motivation for her active application of the skills she learned, as well as her continuing research in the field. These roles required a high level of adaptability and problem-solving skills, as I was often tasked with navigating changes and ensuring smooth transitions within the organizations I worked for. My ability to manage these transitions effectively has been a significant aspect of my career.

In addition to my practical experience, I have also pursued professional certifications to further enhance my expertise. I currently hold Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. These certifications have equipped me with the knowledge and qualifications necessary to provide top-tier financial services and advice to my clients.

Outside of my professional life, I reside in Kent, Washington, with my loving wife and our 9-month-old child. Jory’s been working in the financial services industry since 2016 starting out as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual in which he obtained his health and life/annuity insurance licenses. After a short stint with Northwestern Mutual, Jory started his journey as a principal for Capital Financial Services in Minot, North Dakota which was purchased by Calton and Associates. At Capital Financial he obtained his series 7, 66 and 24 licenses which allowed him to learn the compliance and supervision aspect of the industry.

When Capital Financial Services was purchased in 2019 Jory began working at Advisor Group (now Osaic). He started with Osaic as a Registered Supervision Principal for their Central Supervision department in charge of review correspondence, email, and personal securities account monitoring. In 2021, Jory became a Team Lead for the department where he learned and developed as a leader and subject matter expert.

In 2022, he began working with the Field Supervision department as a Regional Supervision Manager with the overall goal of helping each financial professional develop and manage a successful practice with focus on running a compliant office.

Jory has been married to his lovely wife since 2014 and has two amazing children. Jory also has two dogs that the kids love playing with. His family occupies much of his time outside of work and wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Stephanie began her career as an Investment Assistant with New England Securities in 2004. She was hired at SunAmerica Securities in 2005 to build out their first employee advisor model. From there she moved into a recruiting role for SagePoint Financial, and eventually moved to transitions where she found rewarding work in helping financial professionals move their businesses. She left for a year, working with the AmeriFlex team in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2016, but returned to the back office managing the transitions team for the 4 Advisor Group BDs until March 2024. A seasoned professional, she holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 4, 53 and 66 licenses, and Arizona life license along with Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.
