With a background in advisor recruiting and business development, Ginger has spent the past several years building strong relationships across the industry and gaining insight into what drives successful transitions. She takes a highly personalized approach- focusing not just on production, but on culture, lifestyle, and long-term alignment.

She is based in Oklahoma and enjoys a busy, beautiful life with her husband, and four children.
