Hannah Buschbom is the Chief Transitional Wealth Planner at The AmeriFlex Group®, where she ensures that the firm, its clients, and partner advisors receive comprehensive Transitional Wealth Planning services. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Hannah specializes in guiding individuals through significant life transitions, such as retirement, business or real estate transactions, changes in marital status, and the loss of a loved one.

Hannah’s career is marked by her dedication to providing clients with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their financial futures. “My ultimate goal is to enable clients to be better educated, and in turn to make confident and informed decisions,” she says.

Her comprehensive expertise is backed by her four professional designations, including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™), and Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF®) certifications. These qualifications ensure that she is well-equipped to address a diverse range of financial challenges.

In her pursuit of better serving her clients, Hannah noticed a lack of a centralized way for women to establish and strengthen powerful relationships within their communities. This led her to co-found The W Source®, a platform dedicated to empowering female professionals to connect, engage, and grow their professional networks.

Hannah and her husband, Brett Buschbom, welcomed their daughter, Navy Buschbom, in March 2023. The family resides in Santa Barbara, California, where they enjoy the vibrant community and beautiful surroundings.
